Kerrin has over thirty years experience in nursing with the last fifteen focused on aged care.
Kerrin is passionate about delivering excellent contemporary and innovative care to our residents and is currently undertaking post graduate studies in Aged Care and Palliative Care. Kerrin collaborates with local provider groups on projects such as the Advanced Care Planning Project with the Inner North West Primary Healthcare Network.
Kerrin leads a multi skilled team who work together to develop personalised and comprehensive care and lifestyle plans that leads residents to living in a homelike environment. Residents are encouraged by Kerrin and her team to actively participate in decision making about their care and living environment, enabling residents to live with dignity and respect.
