Step 1 – Getting an ACAS Assessment
If you are considering a move into Aged Care either for respite or permanent, you will first need a free assessment (commonly known as ACAS).
Step 2 – Understanding Fees
Fees payable by a resident in an Aged Care Facility are regulated by the Commonwealth.
Step 3 – Income & Asset Assessment
Centrelink requires all residents entering a residential aged care facility to lodge an Assets and Income Assessment as soon as possible and prior to entry to the facility, to determine their level of means tested contribution.
Step 4 – Book a Tour
To book a tour of a Chronos Care facility, please contact Nicole Lennartz on 0432-425-531.
Step 5 – Resident Agreement
The Resident Agreement is a legal agreement between yourself and Chronos Care (Aged Care Provider). The Resident Agreement is a legally binding document, it’s important you understand everything in it.
