About:
We are a boutique facility with a warm environment that provides holistic person centred care to our residents and ensures a more personalised service than larger homes can generally offer.
Our 60 bed facility includes an extra service wing to accommodate 30 residents. All suites have large spacious bedrooms with en suites, Wi-Fi, foxtel and menu options. As well as pleasant views over the manicured gardens.
We have 8 dementia specific suites within our extra service wing that is secure and spacious, with programs designed to meet their social and cognitive needs and minimise behaviours and resident stress.
We have many visiting health and allied services that can flexibly meet our residents care needs onsite and an interactive physio program.

Residential Care Services – specialising in higher levels of clinical and personal care
Our boutique service provides predominantly for complex care needs of clients needing higher levels of nursing, personal, dementia and / or palliative care.

- Palliative care link nurse
- Respecting resident choices ACP consultant
- Holistic person centred care provision
- Interactive lifestyle program
- Celebrations and recreational events as of interest to our Clients
- Lifestyle option choices are available to enhance the resident’s quality of life
- Professional preparation of meals by a Head Chef, Chef, and Catering staff
- New innovative exercise and physiotherapy programs as appropriate to the Client’s Care needs.
It is usual for us to have on-site visiting services to our Clients for:
- Physiotherapy
- Podiatry
- Dental Care
- GP visits
- Optical services
- Hearing services
- Dietician
- Speech Pathology
- Palliative care team
- Other Medical & Allied Health services as assessed and needed for a client

Chronos Care Ranelagh Gardens is located on the corner of Nepean Highway and Mount Eliza Way. Our street address is 1 St Johns Lane, Mt Eliza, VIC 3930.
We have a secondary entrance at 2 Mt Eliza Way, Mt Eliza, Vic 3930.
We are walking distance to the Mt Eliza Village and its boutique shops and clubs. We are ‘beach side’ and very much part of the Mt Eliza community and surrounds.

Chronos Care Ranelagh Gardens extra service wings fee at is $37.50 per day, and is paid by all residents to provide the higher standard of accommodation, food, and other services provided within the facility.
Volunteers are a part of our resident community, and we welcome families to participate in all aspects.
