Introducing Concierge Club
Chronos Care has moved towards consumer-directed care and is at the forefront of driving the innovations that will be the future of our aged care environment. As a direct result, Chronos Care has carefully considered the needs of individuals living in our residences. We understand that each individual is different and their interests and needs are unique. Therefore we have introduced Concierge Club. This is an offering that enables our residents to have a much greater choice in the services available to them in their living environment. Just like living at home, there are luxuries, activities, comfort items and services that can be purchased through Concierge Club. In order to meet the needs of individuals, services are bought only as they are used. This allows for a tailored approach for each resident, without a “one size fits all” or “locked-in” approach.
