Founder and Director
Rita Kohu is the founder and director of Chronos Care, bringing the company to life in 2014. She has been an Aged Care Approved Provider for more than 6 years.
Ruvani De Silva
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 35 years of Aged Care experience and 15 years of experience in senior and National executive roles, Ruvani De Silva joined Chronos Care as the company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2017. Previously, Ruvani has worked as a Commonwealth Advisor and Administrator, as well as being appointed Director of the Approved Provider for one of the largest Aged Care providers in Australia.
Chris Stevenson joined Chronos Care in 2018 as the company’s Financial Controller overseeing all financial matters of the approved provider. He has more than 13 years experience in Aged Care as a Financial Controller.
People and Culture & Operations Manager
With over 8 years experience in Human Resources, Angelika joined Chronos Care in 2014 as a Human Resources Administrator. In 2016, she was appointed the position of People and Culture Manager overseeing all human resource activities.
Sylwia Kadziolka is a compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with 11 years experience. She has continually worked within the Aged Care industry throughout her nursing career and has spent 9 years specialising in ACFI and clinical documentation. Sylwia has been a dedicated member of the Chronos Care team for 4 years. Sylwia is passionate about helping people and possessing exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with our residents and their families.
Client Relationship Officer & Marketing Coordinator
Joining the team in 2016 as a Facility Administrator, Maree was then appointed to a Marketing Assistant role in 2018 and was responsible for assisting with all marketing activities and events. In 2019, she was engaged as Chronos Care’s Client Relationship Officer, coordinating all admissions for the company. In 2020, Maree was then assigned as Chronos Care’s Marketing Coordinator.
